What we keep and why.
- What we collect
- Name, email, mobile number, the page you first landed on, where you came from (for example Google or WhatsApp), and your approximate city from your IP address. We also note which calculators you open.
- Why
- To give you free access to our calculators, contact you about insurance, mutual funds and loans, and learn which channels bring useful visitors.
- Visits and clicks
- A first-party cookie gives each browser a random id. We use it to count visits and pages, see which link, ad or search brought you here (UTM tags, referrer), and record taps on call and WhatsApp. If you log in later, those visits are linked to your account so we can follow up.
- Forms and quotes
- Details you submit in a form or a quote request are stored so an advisor can call you back. We use them to contact you about what you asked for.
- Who sees it
- Only KalpvrukshFinserv. We do not sell your data. Our database and email providers process it for us.
- Your choices
- Ask us to see, fix or delete your data any time at kalpvrukshfinserv@gmail.com. Log out to end your session.
